At Olympia Le-Tan®️, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our handmade book clutches and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at support@olympialetan.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original branded box and protective dust bag, ensuring the luxury packaging is enclosed within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
